As users engage with the platform and receive feedback from employers, peers, and collaborators, their score evolves—providing a dynamic, real-time reflection of their professional credibility and growth. This system not only helps companies make more informed hiring decisions but also incentivizes candidates to continuously refine their skills and foster trust within their professional network.
